THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTERS Like any other state, Carnaby too is divided into "governmental departments" administered by ministers and vice ministers. OFFICIAL COLOR: The Carnaby-Yellow, visible everywhere particularly on the national dress / uniforms of the inhabitants at service. (The Carnaby-Yellow in Hexadecimal values equals: "#FDCA00", or Pantone 123 C)
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE: The Carnabese Language could be considered a mix between Italian, English, German, French, and the Romagna dialect, but very often people speak Italian, English and other languages. Widely used also the body languages like with hands, eyes etc. The law of the country prohibits the language of punches or kicks or any other means that may physically hurt the other. Offenders could face immediate expulsion from the republic if proved not suitable or poses danger to the public.
CURRENCY: Local currency is called "Carnaby Coins". which in value equals to the Euro, but other currencies like Euro and Dollars are also accepted in all the bar outlets withind the republic. The use of colored seashells has been definitely abandoned since 1985.
RELIGION: The Carnabism: We believe that the universe was accidently created by a DJ who was also a reincarnation of the Goddess Sarasvathi). There are 3 temples, one on each storey, where the DJ-GURU s play their sacred sounds and all the followers move according to the beat. The ritual goes on all night long. Very often after the rituals, the people also follow the teachings of the god TURAN, the Etruscan goddess of love while others dream.
ECONOMIC RESOURCES: Carnaby being a republic by itself, anyone who enters there is considered a tourist. Therefore the only foreign exchange earner in the republic is tourism, since the Diamond mines have been closed. Hunting of whales is not allowed.
